Can you deliver to my address?

We are able to deliver orders across the island and to Rodrigues except to RED ZONES. Deliveries to these zones will resume once the restrictions are lifted.

Can I pickup my order?

Our showroom is located in Vacoas. You can select this free option upon checkout. Please call our showroom for more information on pick-up times.

What are the delivery charges?

You may choose between REGISTERED POST or EXPRESS DELIVERY BY UPS.
Via Mauritius post: Rs 45 for jewelry ~ Rs75 to Rs110 for baskets. Note: You will receive a delivery card in your mailbox for you to take delivery of your order at your local post office.
Via UPS: Rs275 flat rate to your door.

For international orders, please contact the local customs office of your country for more information on customs policies, duties and taxes that might be applied and payable by the receiver.  Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

How soon can I get my order?

For items in stock: About 2-3 working days order processing & delivery within 4-7 days via Mauritius post and 1-2 days via UPS. However lead times may vary due to unforeseen situations.

How can I track my order?

For registered/express shipping you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch notification email. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check to see if delivery of your parcel has been attempted. If it has not, please contact us. It is important to ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct and complete address.
